How Grace Natural Beauty Was Born
The idea for Grace Natural Beauty began with a stirring in my heart that I believe came from God. I was using store-bought products for myself, my children, and my husband—but I often wondered, what’s really in these products I’m putting on our bodies? That question kept returning to my mind, and I knew it was more than just curiosity. I believe the Lord was nudging me toward something better.
I began researching how to make natural products at home. The journey wasn’t quick or easy—I read countless articles, watched videos, and explored many resources. Then, God led me to an online class that gave me the knowledge, skills, and creativity to start crafting my products.
At first, I made them for my immediate family—safe, nourishing lotions, hair treatments, and skincare—all with natural ingredients I could trust. Then, I shared them with my extended family, friends, and colleagues. Their encouragement was overwhelming, and I began to see that this was more than just a personal project—it was a calling.
That’s how Grace Natural Beauty was born. The name reflects both the grace of God that inspired this journey and the natural beauty He has placed in each of us. I also use the name 1-Offi, which in Afaan Oromo means “my own stuff”—because every product is made with the same care and love I give to my own family.
My prayer is that as you use these products, you will not only enjoy the benefits of natural care but also be reminded that all good things—including the beauty we see and feel—come from God’s grace.
